Karen Heap

Massage Therapist & Owner

Hi! My name is Karen. Nice to meet you! I have been a licensed massage therapist in Utah since 2011 and I love my work!

In 2015 I founded paradise massage studio (formerly Women’s Center for Massage & Healing). I received my training through Apprenticeship at the Orem Center for Massage in Utah.

When a client comes to me with pain and walks away an hour later without pain, I know I’ve done something right! Helping my clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated is what I love. I would love to work with you!

Andy Lee

Massage Therapist

Andy has been in the massage world for 12 years now and enjoys his work very much. He enjoys working with all different types of clients. He focuses on clear communication during his sessions to get the very best results for his clients. He has integrated Swedish massage with stretching and other techniques, to be able to open up tight muscle groups and increase range of motion.

Andy enjoys working with athletes and others with physically demanding jobs to help relieve the stress that accumulates with hard work. He integrates trigger point and cupping to assist him with removing the tension and strain put on the muscles.

Andy spent four years working at the Sundance Resort Spa in Provo canyon, serving clients with many different types of treatments.

Over the past year he has expanded his experience in massage by personally training two apprentices. He has found it very rewarding to be able to pass on his knowledge and bring new massage therapists into the workplace.

Andy strives to hear his clients say, “that was the best massage I’ve ever had”.

Sophie Hennen

Sophie has enjoyed helping friends and family to relax through massage for a long time and is excited to be learning the skills of a professional massage therapist.

Her husband has gotten regular massages for years due to his sciatica, so she knows firsthand the benefits of consistent therapeutic sports massage.

Sophie has six amazing children and enjoys good food, anime, and learning new things.

Reviews

Karen is a fabulous massage therapist. She can always tell my problem areas and works them out. I always feel that it’s so helpful to my overall health.

Karen is an amazing therapist. I always regret it when I go anywhere else. And the office is beautiful and very inviting.

Everything was great, it was very professional, clean and she was very nice. I definitely will go back and recommend to my friends and family.

One of the best massages I have ever received! They got me in quickly and it was very relaxing, and exactly what I needed. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so!
